Approved supplier for Subsea 7.
We are pleased to announce that Abyss AS has been approved as a provider of Marine/underwater services on Subsea 7 vessels.
In May 2010 Subsea 7 carried out an audit to assess our efficiency in carrying out safe diving operations with a view to placing them on the Subsea 7 critical suppliers list.
The audit focused on vital QA and HSE objectives, verification of the production of the quality records, equipment maintenance, competence of the employees and compliance of the QA and HSE objectives in the Norwegian standard regulations for internal control.
During the audit Abyss presented adequate evidence so as to satisfy the auditor that we can carry out our work in a safe and professional manner. We are very pleased to be placed on Subsea 7s critical suppliers list, and we will do our best to serve them in a professional and efficient manner in the future.
